Digital Products

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds for digital products (e.g., virtual credit cards, platform accounts) will only be granted if:
      • The product is not delivered within 1 business day of payment.
      • The product has a technical issue caused directly by me or my systems.
    • Refunds will not be issued for:
      • User error, such as incorrect usage or incompatible platforms.
      • Buyer’s change of mind after successful delivery.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Digital products that have been successfully delivered and activated.
    • Custom or personalized digital solutions.
  3. How to Request a Refund:
    • Email your request within 7 days of purchase to thehaseebhamza@gmail.com.
    • Include your order number, description of the issue, and any relevant proof.
    • All cases are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Physical Products

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • You may return physical products within 14 days of delivery if:
      • The item is unused and in its original packaging and condition.
      • All accompanying materials and documentation are included.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Items marked as “final sale.”
  3. Refund for Physical Products:
    • Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to my error.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

  • Digital Products: Exchanges may be approved in cases of technical issues attributable to me. Please contact me for resolution.
  • Physical Products: Exchanges are permitted for eligible items. Email thehaseebhamza@gmail.com to initiate a request.

  • Please double-check order details to prevent delivery delays or errors.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify me immediately so I can resolve the issue.
